ASI Specialties
Ultrasonic Welding
We’ve partnered with Telsonic Ultrasonic Welding equipment. We can splice, join and weld wire combinations totaling up to 2AWG or 35mm2.
Soldering
Delicate or difficult to fixture assemblies can be challenging to solder. We work with 63/37, and RoHS solders for our clients. High volume wire tinning can be accomplished with our KM-USA / KM-Digitech wire processing machine.
Over-Braiding
Over-Braiding equipment for bundle sizes up to 2-1/2” or 60mm diameter.
Ultrasonic Welding
ASI partnered with CIRRIS A KOMAX COMPANY to ensure we can 100% test the wire harnesses we produce. We’ve recently added HI-POT testing capability with our CIRRIS Easy-Touch® High Voltage Cable Tester. We can also develop custom test procedures for assemblies that don’t lend them selves to this type of testing.
Form board / Harness Fixturing
Our founder in Forsyth was a cabinet maker and developed many capabilities to quickly and cost effectively build fixtures for repeatable harness layout. Many times, integrating the ability to test and validate the assembly at completion!
We continue to develop on this foundation to rapidly deploy high value solutions!

We specialize in manufacturing high-quality custom wire harnesses and value-added assemblies, tailored to your exact specifications. We use state-of-the-art equipment and adhere to IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards to ensure superior quality and reliability.
Contract Assembly
Providing you with a flexible and efficient solution for your labor-intensive tasks. We handle a wide range of assembly projects, including:
- Mechanical or Electrical assemblies.
- 28AWG to 00 wire and cable assemblies. Laboratory and Test equipment mechanical assemblies and wire harnesses.
- Electronic cables and harness 100% tested. (HI-POT testing to 1,500VDC)
- Assemblies requiring software downloads or configuration.
